Description: The European festival of science for all enthusiastic researchers, experimenters, nosey parkers and sages. The theme of this year is light and its impact on life. Visitors can expect demonstrations and experiments, which they should not definitely try at home alone, nontraditional lectures and discussions, presentation of research projects, interactive competitions, games ane quizzes.

Astronomical Department have prepared a special program - Astronomy live, what exactly does an astronomer? Together we will observe with our telescope, which will be set on a distant object (star clusters, nebulae and galaxies), using a CCD camera we will obtain images and then we will process received data. Space enthusiasts are welcome!
